1. Subscriptions and M-Pesa Payments

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed via Safaricom M-Pesa. By providing your phone number, you authorize us to initiate STK pushes for the selected plan tier.
• Pro-Rated Upgrades: If you upgrade your plan before your current subscription expires, our system will automatically calculate a pro-rated discount based on your remaining days.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our content, M-Pesa payments are generally non-refundable once premium content (notes, past papers) has been accessed. Exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis via our support team.

2. Academic Integrity & Live Exams

To ensure fairness for all students, our live exam environment enforces strict anti-cheating protocols:

• Exams must be taken in Fullscreen mode. Exiting fullscreen will be logged and may result in automatic submission.
• Switching tabs or losing focus of the exam window will be recorded. Excessive tab switches may lead to disqualification.
• Sharing login credentials with other students is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on STEM Made Familiar—including CBC-aligned notes, quiz questions, video tutorials, and past paper compilations—is the exclusive property of STEM Made Familiar or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or scrape our content for commercial use.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate, curriculum-aligned educational materials, STEM Made Familiar does not guarantee specific exam results (e.g., KJSEA or KCSE scores). We are not liable for any academic outcomes resulting from the use of our platform.
